How Does Custom-Made Attire Work?
 | | You describe for me what you're looking for. The more descriptive you are, | | | the more clear my picture of what you want is, and the closer the final product is to your vision.
 | | I help you finalize the details of the pattern and clarify any details that aren't | | | clear yet. If you haven't given me a picture or drawings by this point, I may send you one.
 | | You choose the fabrics, lining fabrics, trimmings, and detailing you want. The | | | materials for your garment are purchased. You can send materials you have purchased to me (based on yardage requirements I send you) or I can send you swatches based on your descriptions and you choose from them.
 | | You have your measurements taken. One of the most important steps to get | | | right. You can have a friend help you fill out the measurement form.
 | | Based on your measurements and pattern choices I make a mock-garment. | | | The purpose is for us to check the fit and the pattern choices before cutting the expensive fabric. This will be mailed to you to have your friend and a camera help fit precisely .
 | | Using your mock-garment as a guide, I make the actual garment.
 | | Your finished garment is sent for your inspection | | | |
